On Thursday, March 5, 2020 the Strauss Center will welcome Astrid Dominguez, director of the ACLU Border Rights Center. This Brumley talk will focus on Customs and Border Protection (CBP), the largest law enforcement agency in the nation, and how it is an integral part of Trump's immigration agenda. Dominguez will examine CBP's track record of conduct toward migrants and border residents, and discuss tactics used by the ACLU and allies to bring reforms to CBP.
