Program Knowledge Level:
This basic course is ideal for managers and supervisors interested in developing their management and leadership skills necessary for today's dyanmic environment in Texas state agencies and public institutions of higher education.

Advanced Preparation:
Once you register you will receive the following assessment and forms, which you are strongly encouraged to complete prior to the start of training:
1. MBTI (Meyers Briggs Type Indicator)
2. Management Identification Problem Form
3. Coaching Challenge Form
Delivery:
This is a Group Internet Based (virtual) training. Online training will be capped at 35 people.
Tuition:
Tuition for in-person courses will be $1,250. Materials, breakfast and lunch will be provided.
