***Excellence in Leadership classes require a minimum of eight (8) participants to proceed. This ensures participants gain the full benefit of the training experience.

In the event that a class is rescheduled, we will notify participants via email automatically registering them in the next scheduled training. If the new date does not work, the participants can respond with a preferred date.

1. Develop increased self-awareness of your resourcefulness strengths and areas for development.
2. Use problem-solving frameworks to navigate government workplace challenges.
3. Employ adaptive leadership strategies to manage crises and complex decision-making scenarios.
3. Improve your ability to lead with emotional control and resilience in high-stress environments.

Program Knowledge Level:
This basic course is ideal to help emerging professionals build self-awareness and develop core leadership and problem-solving skills for government settings.
