While at ERCOT, Gage started the Women’s Leadership program which sought to support women in the electric industry with any eye toward removing professional barriers. Currently, she is a consultant working with Oncor, the largest energy delivery company in Texas.

Gage graduated from UT Austin with a Journalism degree in 1997 and a Master of Public Affairs from the LBJ School in 2001.

She lives in Austin and pays too much attention to the electric grid when not playing tennis, swimming and doing other healthier things.
