A policy playbook during the pandemic

In his first week as the Founding Dean of the Hobby School of Public Affairs at the University of Houston, former State Sen. Kirk Watson co-published a report for public institutions during the COVID-19 pandemic.

For "A Playbook for Resiliency: Creating Opportunity for All Texans," Watson teamed with Steven Pedigo, an urban affairs specialist who in 2019 became the inaugural director of the LBJ Urban Lab at the LBJ School of Public Affairs.
