Program Knowledge Level:
This basic course is ideal for managers and supervisors interested in developing their management and leadership skills necessary for today's dyanmic environment in Texas state agencies and public institutions of higher education.

Prerequisite Education and Experience:
None 

Advanced Preparation:
Once you register you will receive the following assessment and forms, which must be completed prior to the start of training:

1. MBTI (Meyers Briggs Type Indicator)
2. Management Identification Problem Form
3. Coaching Challenge Form

Delivery:
This is a Group Live (in-person) training. In-person training will be held in Austin and will be capped at 56 people.
