LBJ School Professor Sheena Chestnut Greitens selected as editor-in-chief of Texas National Security Review

The Texas National Security Review has announced Sheena Chestnut Greitens as its new editor-in-chief, succeeding Will Inboden. With a strong foundation in both academia and policy, along with a commitment to high-quality scholarship, Greitens is well-positioned to guide the journal into its next phase. Her vision includes enhancing the journal's distinctive blend of scholarly rigor, policy relevance and accessibility while broadening its influence in both academic and policy circles. 

Greitens, an Associate Professor at the LBJ School of Public Affairs at The University of Texas at Austin, brings extensive expertise in East Asian security and authoritarian politics. She directs the Asia Policy Program at UT and is a visiting professor at the U.S. Army War College, adding to her impressive academic and policy credentials. Her work has been widely published and recognized in both academic journals and major media outlets.
