***Excellence in Leadership classes require a minimum of eight (8) participants to proceed. This ensures participants gain the full benefit of the training experience.
In the event that a class is rescheduled, we will notify participants via email automatically registering them in the next scheduled training. If the new date does not work, the participants can respond with a preferred date.

Objectives:
1. Define project management.
2. Describe the processes of a project management lifecycle.
3. Build a work breakdown structure (WBS).
4. Create a critical path method (CPM) schedule.
5. Utilize a project management framework.

This basic course is a an introduction to project management - ideal for individuals wanting to develop their knowledge and skills around successfully managing projects.
