***Excellence in Leadership classes require a minimum of eight (8) participants to proceed. This ensures participants gain the full benefit of the training experience.

In the event that a class is rescheduled, we will notify participants via email automatically registering them in the next scheduled training. If the new date does not work, the participants can respond with a preferred date.

7. Construct an effective presentation opening, body, and conclusion.
8. Identify methods to gain audience attention.
9. Explain the advantages of using visual aids.
10. Identify strategies for managing tough audience questions.
11. Practice giving and receiving feedback on presentation skills.

This basic course is ideal for managers want to learn strategies for planning, preparing and delivering effective presentations.
