***Excellence in Leadership classes require a minimum of eight (8) participants to proceed. This ensures participants gain the full benefit of the training experience.
In the event that a class is rescheduled, we will notify participants via email automatically registering them in the next scheduled training. If the new date does not work, the participants can respond with a preferred date.

1. Differentiate between EQ and IQ (Emotional vs Intelligent).
2. Identify the five competencies of emotional intelligence.
3. Recognize the three skills in each competency.
4. Develop strategies for self-awareness and self-regulation.
5. Understand how emotional intelligence and communication impact your work and personal life.
6. Explain the importance of emotional intelligence on relationship management and leadership.
