What makes a high-performing team? What is the difference between a true team and a work group? In this program, participants will learn what makes both an effective team leader as well as the stages of developing an effective team to achieve an organization's missions and goals. Through discussions and exercises, participants will also explore how to manage the most common dysfunctions of a team and how to reinforce a team's strengths while learning their own leadership and preferred team styles.
***Excellence in Leadership classes require a minimum of eight (8) participants to proceed. This ensures participants gain the full benefit of the training experience.
In the event that a class is rescheduled, we will notify participants via email automatically registering them in the next scheduled training. If the new date does not work, the participants can respond with a preferred date.
