Building Effective Teams

***Excellence in Leadership classes require a minimum of eight (8) participants to proceed. This ensures participants gain the full benefit of the training experience.

In the event that a class is rescheduled, we will notify participants via email automatically registering them in the next scheduled training. If the new date does not work, the participants can respond with a preferred date.

This class will be capped at 35. If this is reached, you can request to be put on a waitlist or sign up for the next class.  To be put on the waitlist, please email gcmd@austin.utexas.edu.
