LBJ School Professor Donald F. Kettl will moderate a town hall meeting featuring Mayor Steve Adler and members of City Council to discuss recent changes to Austin's public order ordinances and the city's plan to move forward with solutions for individuals experiencing homelessness.
The forum is sponsored by the Downtown Austin Alliance and will kick off with a welcome from Dewitt Peart, president and CEO.
