#TBT: 50 years of educating the 'thinkers and doers' at the LBJ School

The impact of President Lyndon B. Johnson is greatly felt here in Central Texas. One of the most enduring parts of his legacy resides on The University of Texas at Austin campus. Fifty years ago this fall, the LBJ School of Public Affairs opened its doors to educate young people to become bold "thinkers and doers." From the beginning the mission was clear for the school.
