***Excellence in Leadership classes require a minimum of eight (8) participants to proceed. This ensures participants gain the full benefit of the training experience.
In the event that a class is rescheduled, we will notify participants via email automatically registering them in the next scheduled training. If the new date does not work, the participants can respond with a preferred date.

2. Describe and use problem-solving tools.
3. Explain the steps in the decision-making process.
4. Describe three decision-making styles and the appropriate use of each.
5. Explain the Ladder of Inference and its effect on decision-making.
6. Define and explain quality and acceptance as factors in selecting a decision-making style.
