***Excellence in Leadership classes require a minimum of eight (8) participants to proceed. This ensures participants gain the full benefit of the training experience.
In the event that a class is rescheduled, we will notify participants via email automatically registering them in the next scheduled training. If the new date does not work, the participants can respond with a preferred date.

Objectives:
1. Distinguish routine problems from ethical dilemmas using Defining Moments.
2. Apply the Potter Box to clarify values, principles, and loyalties.
3. Use decision tools (Pros-Cons-Impacts, Weighted Matrix) to weigh options.
4. Connect insights on moral courage and decision design to leadership practice.
5. Recognize and challenge cognitive biases in decision-making.
6. Apply the WRAP model to test assumptions and expand choices.
7 Practice agile crisis decisions using the OODA Loop.
8. Create a personal action plan integrating multiple decision frameworks.
Program Knowledge Level:
This basic course is ideal for managers who are faced with difficult decisions and how to use proved decision-making frameworks to sharpen their judgment under pressure and ot make difficult decisions with clarity and conviction.
