2. Identify roadblocks to overcome when working across generations.
3. Explore strategies to dismantle barriers between generations.
4. Examine ways to reinforce the ability to leverage each generation’s
knowledge/strengths.
5. Evaluate the organization’s culture and generational diversity.
6. Describe the four shared values among the generations.
7. Analyze a case study.
8. Create an action plan for your yourself, department or team.
Program Knowledge Level:
This basic course is designed for managers looking to develop the knowledge and strategies to effectively navigate across multiple generations.
