Amid the 2020 election, record-setting numbers of people cast their ballots against the backdrop of a global pandemic, widespread unemployment and civil unrest. The incumbent also has challenged the legitimacy of election results. People have braced for an unclear outcome for days — possibly weeks — after the election. On this post-election edition of LBJ In the Arena, LBJ School Dean Angela Evans was joined by one of the nation's foremost political analysts Larry J. Sabato, director of the Center for Politics at the University of Virginia. Dr. Sabato provided analysis on the state of the election and what the future holds.
