Hate Crime and Community Trauma

Please join GPAC  for "Hate Crime and Community Trauma" on Thursday, April 5th at 5:15 p.m. in room 3.122

Join us for a forum for students and future policy professionals to supplement what we learn in classrooms with relevant and important conversations that expand our understandings of the world beyond policy, in light of the recent bombings around Austin. The conversation will be student led, facilitated, and will also involve the topic of racial bias.

The panel includes:

• Renee Lafair from the Anti-Defamation League
• Sukyi McMahon from Austin Justice Coalition and Assistant Chief of Police Frank Dixon
