***Excellence in Leadership classes require a minimum of eight (8) participants to proceed. This ensures participants gain the full benefit of the training experience.
In the event that a class is rescheduled, we will notify participants via email automatically registering them in the next scheduled training. If the new date does not work, the participants can respond with a preferred date.

1. Describe and model the facilitator’s role.
2. Identify your personal challenges as a facilitator.
3. Create an agenda and recognize the importance of a sponsor interview.
4. Identify and use skillful questions to maintain engagement.
5. Utilize consensus building tools.
6. Recognize and manage dysfunctional participant behavior.
Program Knowledge Level:
This basic course is ideal for managers looking energize a group, keep them focused on task, and produce effective results.
