Objectives
1. Finally understand why your past attempts at new routines failed, and what the brain science says to do differently this time
2. Stop fighting your own brain. Learn the two systems behind every behavior and how to make them work for you instead of against you
3. Turn the moment you usually quit into the moment you break through, by recognizing resistance as proof the change is working
4. Walk out with a practical framework for building habits that survive stress, deadlines, and distraction
5. Leave with one specific habit you want to build or break and a concrete plan
6. Protect your focus and long-term brain health, so the work you do today compounds for year
