“Save the Date” for April 1, 2025, for our inaugural joint GEDP/ELITE alumni workshop at the Barbara Jordan Building (BJB) room 2.034.

We will provide breakfast and lunch, as well as adult beverages and appetizers at Scholz. We are charging a fee to cover our costs. You will need to register in advance. You can choose:

• Networking Only = $70
• Both = $245

1. Use a framework to respond to a crisis.
2. Build intra-agency collaborative partnerships.
3. Learn how to lead in a rapid change management environment.
4. Balance short-term challenges with long-term objectives in policy-driven environments.
