On Thursday, Nov. 18, 2021, The University of Texas at Austin's Intelligence Studies Project, Strauss Center for International Security and Law, and Clements Center for National Security will host author and former CIA analyst David McCloskey for a talk on his recently released book, Damascus Station, followed by a conversation on Middle East security.

Biography

David McCloskey is a former CIA analyst and former consultant at McKinsey & Company. While at the CIA, he wrote regularly for the President's Daily Brief, worked in field stations across the Middle East, and briefed senior White House officials, ambassadors and Arab royalty.
