The University will publicly launch the most ambitious fundraising effort in our history. The What Starts Here campaign invites our alumni and friends to unlock the potential of our students, recruit and retain the world’s best faculty, and create a vibrant future of Texas and beyond.
Dean JR DeShazo will recognize LBJ School supporters and attendees will hear from students who have been directly impacted by their generosity.
Join us for food, drinks, live music and networking following the program. The menu will include Frito Pie, Mexican-style street tacos and brisket sliders.
WHO'S INVITED: All alumni, students, faculty, staff, and friends of the LBJ School are welcome.
Immediately following the event, everyone is invited to march down to the UT Tower to enjoy a free concert by The Black Pumas.
