After developing a contracting strategy, conducting the solicitation process, selecting the appropriate supplier and awarding the contract, the buying organization must manage that contract. This seminar covers all of the activities from contract award to contract close out and sign off to make sure the buying organization receives the goods or services it pays for and to seek ways to improve the value obtained from the contract.
