Charlee Garden is a leadership development consultant with more than 20 years of experience in the organizational effectiveness field. Her recent clients range from Google to Goldman Sachs. Garden remains involved in management/leadership education and research. Currently, she is teaching in the McCombs School at The University of Texas, where she was selected for the faculty honor roll. Prior to founding Garden & Co., Garden worked at Bell Labs, AT&T and JP Morgan Chase.
