Please join us for the LBJ School Public Affairs colloquium on March 14, 2019 with Jaehee Choi, a postdoctoral fellow at the LBJ School. She received her Ph.D. in Public Policy at LBJ in May 2018. Her talk is titled "Universal Childcare Subsidy Expansion and Maternal Labor: Supply Evidence from South Korea."
Her paper, "The Effect of Child’s School Entry on Maternal Employment: Regression Discontinuity Evidence from South Korea," published in the Journal of International Development in September 2017, was featured at Innovation Bound 2018.
Her research and teaching interests include social policy analysis and policy processes that influence the provision of social policy.
