On January 19—21, the Clements Center for National Security is pleased to host a conference on "Ronald Reagan and the Transformation of Global Politics in the 1980s" at the AT&T Conference Center located on The University of Texas at Austin campus.
This three-day event will bring together scholars and former policymakers to undertake a wide-ranging reassessment of U.S. foreign policy and international relations during the Reagan Administration in light of emerging archival resources and declassified documents.
The conference is co-sponsored by the Strauss Center for International Security and Law, UT's Departments of History and Government, the LBJ School of Public Affairs and the Center for Presidential History at Southern Methodist University.
Members of the public are welcome to attend, and no registration is required. Parking will be available for a fee in the AT&T Conference Center garage.
