Tom Vincent received his MPAff in 1997 and has spent the last 14 years working overseas for international NGO's. For the last 10 of those years he has managed country programs for CRS, ARC, Save the Children and UMCOR. His experience ranges from post-disaster/conflict, microfinance, education, health, and agriculture. He has lived/worked in India, the Balkans, Sudan, Zambia, the Republic of Georgia and Afghanistan, and did his Peace Corps in Ecuador. He lived in Austin from 1977 to 1997 where he was a foster parent, mediator with the Dispute Resolution Center, and blacksmith at Pioneer Farm, the last resulting in founding the blacksmith shop in Elgin, TX.
