Hotel Information

We have reserved a block of rooms at the conference hotel, the Hilton Garden Inn, 500 North IH 35, Austin, TX 78701. The conference room rate, based on double occupancy is $119 plus tax per night. Students can choose a roommate and make their room reservations directly with the hotel by calling 1-877-782-9444 and requesting the discounted conference group rate for the LBJ Student Leadership Conference 2007. The special conference rate is guaranteed through February 9, 2007. We ask that students book double rooms with another student rather than booking as singles whenever possible. We will provide transportation from the conference hotel to all conference events because parking on campus is virtually unavailable for people other than UT students, staff and faculty. We strongly encourage students to take advantage of the conference hotel and free transportation.
